Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, documents, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational data
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions across different teams
- Assist with project coordination and general business support
- Help improve internal processes and maintain efficient workflows
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts professionally
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using email, spreadsheets, documents, and online business tools
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous administration, operations, project support, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
