Business Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Executive Support | Commercial Research | Business Operations

Location: Regent Street, London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Circa £50,000

About the Role

Our client is a successful and rapidly growing business within the real estate finance sector. Following several significant contract wins, they're looking to appoint an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support three Directors and become an integral part of their ambitious team.

This is a genuinely varied role combining executive support, business operations, commercial research, and marketing coordination. You'll be joining a business that offers the professionalism of an established organisation with the energy, pace, and collaborative culture of a high-growth company. Working closely with the Directors, you'll help ensure the business operates efficiently while contributing to strategic projects and the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive support, including diary management, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Coordinating the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, liaising with suppliers, IT providers, facilities, and landlords.
  • Researching the real estate finance market, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Identifying industry events, networking opportunities, and preparing commercial research and business insights.
  • Supporting strategic projects through research and the preparation of business cases.
  • Assisting with LinkedIn activity, B2B marketing campaigns, and client communications.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and wider business projects.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with previous experience in a Business Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Business Support, or Office Management role.

You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and no two days are the same. Equally comfortable supporting senior executives, communicating with clients, and building relationships across the business, you'll be a confident communicator who enjoys taking ownership and using your initiative. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-energy team.
