Business Operations Coordinator

Linguesa HR is recruiting for a Business Operations Coordinator position for Adam Grooming Atelier, a premium men’s grooming brand with 14 locations across Central London. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of its multi-site operations.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities across the business, including facilities, procurement, logistics, supplier management and operational administration.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in creating structure and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across 14 London ateliers, helping maintain a consistent and premium client experience.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between head office, store teams, suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage operational and customer orders, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate procurement of grooming products, retail items and operational supplies across all locations.
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance coordination, including arranging contractors and tracking maintenance requests.
  • Maintain operational documentation, trackers, reports, invoices and records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, reporting and general operational administration.
  • Assist with health and safety coordination, compliance documentation and routine operational checks.
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily operational activities, business improvement initiatives and longer-term projects.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of corporate grooming packages and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication and internal processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in coordinating with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in operations, facilities, administration, retail, hospitality or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A reliable, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.

Location & Working Pattern

This is a full-time, in-person position based between Adam Grooming Atelier’s Central London head office and its store locations across London.
