About The Company
A fast-growing fintech building stablecoin-based business accounts for companies operating across borders. Backed and built by a team with deep infrastructure experience in the crypto payments space. Small team, high ownership, early-stage energy without the chaos.
The Role
We're looking for someone who has actually built HRIS and people ops systems from zero. You'll own the operational backbone of the company: people ops, business ops, vendor and contractor management, board ops, the works. Whatever process doesn't exist yet, you're the one who creates it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll work directly with leadership, manage contracts and vendors with real judgment, and use AI tools as a normal part of how you get work done.
What You'll Do
- Build and own HRIS and people ops systems from the ground up
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships end to end
- Handle contracts with real fluency, you read them, you understand them, you negotiate them
- Support board ops and leadership with operational rigor
- Use AI tools as a default part of how you work
- Work core US Eastern hours
What You Need
- At least 3 years in people or business ops at a high-growth tech company (think Ramp, Brex, Deel, Rippling, Mercury)
- Proven experience standing up HRIS and people ops systems from scratch, not just running an existing one
- Real contract fluency and vendor management experience
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high ownership environments
- Able to work US Eastern core hours, based in the US or Europe
- Crypto experience is a plus but not required. What matters is the depth of your people ops background
