Business Operations & Enablement Manager
About the Role
The Business Operations & Enablement Manager drives scalable process design, cross-functional enablement, and measurable outcomes across UNiDAYS. Working closely with business stakeholders, you diagnose root causes to turn complex operational friction into streamlined, fit-for-purpose solutions built for scale.
From modernising workflows and automation, to powering executive reporting (like the Monthly Management Report), preparing data and inputs for strategic planning and OKR cycles, and leading governance rhythms, you are a force-accelerator across the business.
A solution-oriented self-starter, you excel at processing high volumes of complex information, cutting through noise, and translating ambiguity into clear paths forward. You build trust quickly—gaining stakeholder credibility through sharp questioning, insightful synthesis, and pragmatic problem-solving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
