About the Role

Based at our Actuation Systems headquarters in Wolverhampton, you'll gain experience across a global aerospace organisation through a series of structured rotations.

Over three years, you'll work across key business functions including Operations, Programme Management, SIOP, Supply Chain, Business Strategy, and Finance & Commercial. Each placement will provide hands-on experience, exposure to business-critical projects, and opportunities to develop the skills needed for a successful career within Safran.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, dedicated mentoring, and regular development reviews. You'll also have opportunities to shape your development journey through rotations aligned to your interests and career goals.

  • Complete structured rotations across a range of business functions.
  • Support projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Support planning, reporting, risk management and continuous improvement activities.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Take ownership of your development and career progression.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in business operations and leadership.

Desirable Criteria

  • Leadership experience through work, university, sport, volunteering or extracurricular activities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in aerospace, manufacturing, or global organisations.

Suitable applicants will be invited to complete an online assessment and video interview.

Stage 3 - Assessment Centre

15 December 2026 | Wolverhampton

The assessment centre will include an interview, presentation and group exercise, along with an opportunity to meet the team and learn more about Safran.

Stage 4 - Final Decision

Successful candidates can expect to receive offers during December 2026.
