Join Bright Network as our Business Operations Intern!

Introducing Bright Network

For over 10 years at Bright Network, we’ve used technology & data to connect ambitious students and graduates, from all backgrounds, with the best career opportunities. We ensure that the 300+ businesses we’ve partnered with (including the likes of Amazon, Google & Goldman Sachs) identify the most powerful pipeline of tomorrow’s talent.

A key focus for our next phase of growth is Bright Apply, a contextual conversation screening and interview tool for volume hiring. The tool eases the burden that recruitment teams are feeling with the increased volume of applications, while also providing a positive candidate experience. Built in-house by our team of software developers, Bright Apply is changing the face of volume hiring. With better use of recruiter time throughout recruitment processes and the best suited candidates securing the right roles, both sides of the market are benefiting.

As we continue our work to retain our number one market position, while also driving through another period of growth, our Business Operations team are on the lookout for a Business Operations Intern to join the team on a 12-month FTC.

The Role:

Ever wondered what actually keeps a fast-growing business running smoothly behind the scenes? This is your chance to find out - properly, hands-on, not just watching from the side lines. As our Business Operations Intern, you'll be right in the middle of our Operations team, not fetching coffee, but actually running real processes that the business depends on every single day.

You'll get exposure and coaching in a range of disciplines in one internship - finance operations, people operations, member communications and office work. This is a brilliant launchpad whether you're aiming for a career in finance, HR, operations, or just want to figure out what you're best at before committing to one path. The role is ideal for either a graduate or Industrial Placement student looking for an opportunity to experience a variety of business areas as they establish their career direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
