What do you need to apply?

You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.

Where will you be based?

Places on our Business Operations Management programme for September 2027 are available at HM Naval Base Clyde in Scotland.

Babcock’s HM Naval Base Clyde operation provides highly specialist engineering support services, including the management of critical infrastructure and nuclear facilities. We also deliver operational maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to support Royal Navy vessels, including the Vanguard and Astute-Class nuclear submarines based in Scotland.

We offer agile working, giving you some flexibility, but you can expect to spend several days a week on-site as part of your role and development. By your start date, you must be able to reliably commute to the site. This will normally require living within a reasonable commuting distance of HM Naval Base Clyde or relocating before you join us.

Once you’ve successfully completed the programme, you’ll continue your career in the same location, so it’s worth considering this when applying.
