🚀 Join an ambitious, growing recruitment business

We’re hiring – and this is a really important one for us. FMCGExec has grown significantly over recent years. We’re now a £1m+ turnover recruitment business with an ambitious team, exciting plans for the future and a clear strategy for continued growth. And with growth comes a need for great operational structure.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to take genuine ownership of the day-to-day operational running of FMCGExec.

This is not a traditional administration role. We want someone who sees a problem and solves it. Someone who creates order, improves processes, keeps things moving and enjoys being the person people can rely on to make things happen. You’ll work closely with our Operations Director and Managing Director, taking responsibility for much of the day-to-day operational activity across the business and helping free our leadership team to focus on growth, performance and developing our people.

What will you own?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
