Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
The Business Operations Manager – Enablement / Platforms is responsible for enabling the effective operation of Global Services through coordination of key operational interfaces, oversight of enabling services and Partners, and support to governance, compliance and data integrity.
The role ensures that Global Services has the required platforms, processes and cross-functional support in place to operate efficiently and in line with corporate expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate & Partner Services Integration Act as the primary operational interface with Corporate and other Partner Services (including Facilities, Security, Vetting, IT, People and Recruitment), ensuring requirements are clearly communicated, prioritised and delivered.
- Operational Enablement & Readiness Own and coordinate activities required for operational readiness including onboarding, mobilisation, access to systems, and workforce enablement services.
- Process Integration & Interface Control Define and maintain effective operational interfaces across Delivery, Engineering, Accounts and Partner Services.
- Business Rhythm & Governance Support Enable delivery of governance cycles (monthly reporting, IBP, QBRs) by coordinating inputs, dependencies and partner engagement.
- Tools, Platforms & Data Quality Drive adoption and effective use of operational tools and platforms; own improvements in data quality, consistency and integrity across reporting and operational processes (or act as Global Services sponsor/key customer, for those improvement actions owned by groups outside Global Services).
- Cross-Cover and Deputising Maintain sufficient breadth of knowledge across the full BOM remit to deputise for the BOM – Optimisation and Improvement role as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Relevant experience in business operations, governance, or operational enablement functions
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple corporate and delivery functions
- Experience coordinating operational interfaces and dependencies
- Understanding of governance, compliance and risk processes
- Experience working with operational tools, systems and data management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Where you’ll work
Romsey (HQ)
You’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.
Woking
You’ll find our Woking site in a modern building on the outskirts of London. Rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM & Fitwel certified – you’ll feel better for visiting. This site provides key links to our customers in London, is a 5-minute walk from the train station, has secure parking nearby and dedicated cycle storage.
Gloucester
You’ll find our Gloucester site in a business park two minutes from junction 11A of the M5; The site allows easy access to our local customer base. Set on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, you are never far from a picturesque view or lunch time walk.
Clearance
Due to the nature of this position, we require you to be eligible to achieve DV clearance
