Hays are delighted to be partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Business Operations Assistant to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions. You'll play a key role in supporting business operations, project coordination, governance activities, leadership reporting and internal communications within a fast-paced international environment.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will:

  • Support project coordination, reporting and business operations activities.
  • Prepare presentations, leadership updates, meeting packs and business documentation.
  • Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.
  • Maintain governance records, business archives and project documentation.
  • Track actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.
  • Support marketing initiatives and business development communications.
  • Coordinate activity across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist with management reporting and business updates.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience within business operations, project coordination, governance, administration or a similar support function.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working within an international business environment.
  • French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
