Location: Dundee
Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement, and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.
We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive team player to support our Business Operations Team. You’ll help ensure top-quality output, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
What you will do:
- Monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of all business outputs
- Ensure timely and compliant document preparation, cash handling, and banking (if applicable)
- Respond to internal and external communications professionally
- Identify and report trends or risks from quality checks and suggest improvements
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and adherence to all policies including Data Protection, AML, and TCF
- Promote awareness and compliance with information security protocols
- Build strong working relationships across teams
- Take ownership of personal development and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support the Business Operations Team Leader in daily branch operations
- Perform additional duties as required

What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (DPA, TCF, GDPR)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Confident in building relationships and influencing others
