About the Role
We're hiring a Business Operations Trainee to join at entry level and get hands-on with the day-to-day running of the business — smoothing out bottlenecks, hitting KPIs, and learning what makes operations tick.
It's a real starting point for anyone who wants a career built around business, people, and management — not just a job title.

Key Responsibilities
- Help drive and improve KPIs across the team
- Work through a structured programme covering communication, leadership, and business development
- Get in front of the room — lead sessions on improving performance in different areas
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Represent our partner brands professionally in face-to-face settings
- Support the coordination of daily operations and campaign work
