Business Outsourcing Partner - UK
Ambition is exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing large successful international firm. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape the future of a modern, technology-enabled business outsourcing offering.
The Opportunity
The business supports entrepreneurial and growing organisations through a range of accounting, advisory, and business services, and is entering an exciting phase of expansion across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing business.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure delivery of outstanding client service.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and future expansion plans.
- Act as a trusted adviser to both clients and internal stakeholders.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience leading accounting and outsourcing teams within a firm environment.
- A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving, or high-growth environments.
- A passion for building teams and improving processes.
