Company Description
Utility Warehouse (UW) is a well-established UK multi-service provider offering essential household and small business services, including energy, broadband, mobile, and insurance.
UW helps customers simplify their household bills by bringing multiple essential services together in one place, with the potential to save money at the same time.
As a UW Partner, you’ll be part of a nationwide network of independent Partners, with access to an established brand, training, technology, and ongoing support while building your own customer base.
Role Description
This is a flexible, part-time, remote opportunity for someone who would like to build an additional income around their existing work, family, or other commitments.
As a UW Partner, you’ll introduce people to UW and help them explore whether combining their household services could save them money or make managing their bills simpler.

You’ll be able to work flexibly, choosing when and where you work. This can include speaking with people in your existing network, generating new leads, using social media and online tools, arranging virtual or face-to-face conversations, and developing referrals from satisfied customers.
You’ll receive training and ongoing support, so previous sales or utilities experience is not essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Introducing potential customers to UW and its range of services
- Helping customers understand their options and potential savings
- Supporting customers through the sign-up process
- Building and managing your own customer base
- Developing new leads and referrals
- Using social media, networking, and online tools to grow your business
- Providing ongoing support to your customers
- Working towards your own personal income and business goals

Who we’re looking for
You could be a great fit if you:
- Are friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy helping people and building relationships
- Are self-motivated and willing to develop your own customer base
- Would like flexible work that can fit around your existing commitments
- Are comfortable using social media and online communication tools
- Are willing to learn — full training and support are provided
Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, education, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused roles can be helpful, but is not essential.
