Role Description

The Business Partner role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening strategic relationships with existing and potential partners. Day-to-day activities include:

  • Identifying partnership opportunities
  • Conducting market and business analyses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver joint initiatives

The Business Partner will coordinate partner communications, prepare proposals and presentations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment between partner goals and organizational objectives. This role also involves negotiating terms, supporting contract discussions, and proactively resolving issues to maintain productive, long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive mutual value and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or partnership management, including identifying opportunities and contributing to growth strategies.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data, market insights, and performance metrics to support decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and product to deliver joint initiatives and solutions.
  • Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools (e.g., office productivity suites, CRM systems, online meeting platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working remotely and demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Background in partnership-driven or consulting environments is a plus, along with familiarity with contract terms and commercial arrangements.
