Role Description

The Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships with ultra-high-net-worth members, luxury service providers, and key industry stakeholders to support Aurelia’s growth and service excellence. The Business Partner will analyze market trends, contribute to commercial strategy, and help refine Aurelia’s value proposition across aviation, hospitality, estate services, and other luxury verticals. This position requires frequent in-person collaboration, client meetings, and close coordination with leadership to drive sustainable, high-quality expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within luxury services, private client advisory, or related high-net-worth sectors.
  • Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to build trust with UHNWI clients and premium service providers.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience in deal structuring, contract review, and evaluating partner performance and ROI.
  • Familiarity with secure digital platforms, privacy-conscious services, or technology-enabled concierge, and comfort collaborating with product and operations teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into partnership strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment when working with confidential client information and sensitive arrangements.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior exposure to international or cross-cultural work is beneficial.
