Help shape the future of Analytics, Insight & Performance across Children's Services as an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Analyst to lead and deliver our analytical support for the Families First Programme, Early Help, and wider Children's Services requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming services. You will use data, performance information, and intelligence to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve outcomes, and support service transformation.

Working closely with the Senior Business Partner and others, you will provide expert analysis, develop performance frameworks, and deliver high-quality insight that informs strategic planning, statutory reporting, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who combines excellent analytical and technical skills with strong leadership and communication. You will be confident working with complex datasets, developing innovative reporting solutions, and translating information into meaningful recommendations.

You Will Have

  • Significant experience in data analysis, performance management, or business intelligence within a public sector environment.
  • A strong understanding of Children's Services, Early Help, or related services such as Families First.
  • Experience of leading or supervising analytical staff and managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience of using analytic.

Requirements

You will be required to complete a basic criminal records check for unspent convictions. This is an in-person interview.
