We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our London business by delivering strategic financial planning, performance analysis, management reporting, and business insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial guidance, monitor business performance, drive profitability initiatives, and support key finance transformation projects across the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.
- Analyse financial performance, profitability, income streams, and key business drivers to support decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Lead and support financial reporting activities, including management accounts, variance analysis, journals, and reconciliations.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and new product or project implementations.

Skills & Experience
- Professional accountancy or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years' experience in a Business Partnering Finance role
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience working within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
