We aren’t looking for investors.

We aren’t looking for more stock.

We’re looking for good people.

EYESAWITFIRST.CO.UK is an established UK e-commerce business selling through major online marketplaces and our own website, with ambitions to expand significantly during 2027 and beyond.

We already have the infrastructure, inventory, trading history and capital to operate.

What we need next is more heads in the game.

We’re looking for entrepreneurial people who want the opportunity to help build a business rather than simply occupy a position within one.

This is not being advertised as a conventional salaried vacancy.

The proposition is different: bring your experience, ideas, time and execution capability and help create measurable additional value within the business.

We want to explore structures where the commercial value created by the right person can support their remuneration and, for exceptional long-term contributors, potentially lead to a deeper stake or partnership in what we build.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You might come from:

  • E-commerce or marketplaces
  • Digital marketing and customer acquisition
  • Commercial strategy
  • Operations and fulfilment
  • Finance and business analysis
  • Buying and merchandising
  • Technology and automation
  • Business development and partnerships

A degree isn’t important to us.

Ability is.

We’re particularly interested in people who can look at an opportunity and say:

“Give me responsibility for this. I’ll show you what I can build.”

Where we’re going

Our objective during 2027 is to develop EYESAWITFIRST from an owner-led e-commerce operation into a broader, professionally managed business capable of operating across multiple marketplaces, our own direct-to-consumer channels and, ultimately, international markets.

That requires more than money.

It requires people with different skills, perspectives and ambitions working together.

We’re therefore starting conversations now with people who might want to become part of that journey.

No investment or capital contribution is being requested.

We’re interested in what you can contribute professionally — not how much money you have.

If you’re looking for a conventional vacancy, this probably isn’t the right opportunity.

If you’re entrepreneurial, commercially minded and interested in helping build something where your contribution can directly influence your own opportunity, we’d like to hear from you.

Send a message introducing yourself, what you’re particularly good at, and — most importantly — what you think you could build or improve within an e-commerce business.
