Role Description

The Business Partner role at 4CHAMPZ is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of coaching and training services. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Partner will:

The role involves:

  • Conducting market outreach
  • Participating in virtual meetings
  • Negotiating basic commercial terms
  • Tracking performance metrics for assigned regions or accounts

This position also includes:

  • Collaborating on promotional initiatives
  • Gathering feedback from clients and coaches
  • Contributing to the strategic planning of new programs and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in education, sports, or training services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact professionally with institutional and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze opportunities, and prepare concise proposals or presentations for potential partners.
  • Comfort with remote work, including proficiency in digital collaboration tools, email, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and reporting responsibilities in a part-time capacity.
  • Interest in sports, arts, or educational development, with an understanding of coaching or training ecosystems considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity, maintain a professional demeanor, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment.
