About The Role
This role sits within the Broadband & Voice Marketing Finance team and reports to the Senior Business Partnering & Commercial Finance Manager.
You'll play a central part in shaping long-term pricing strategy and supporting commercial decision-making across Broadband and Voice. Working closely with the Pricing and Regulatory teams, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and guidance that strengthens business cases, informs strategic pricing proposals, and supports sustainable revenue growth.
You'll analyse performance across voice products, social tariffs, and long-term planning, translating complex financial modelling into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across Finance, Pricing, Regulation, and Commercial FP&A. Ultimately, you'll help ensure decisions are commercially robust, strategically aligned, and optimised for future growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic pricing cases - Build business cases for long-term pricing proposals, including the annual price rise, as well as shorter-term tactical initiatives.
- Fixed Voice P&L ownership - Drive performance through new initiatives, forecasting, and ongoing tracking.
- Social tariff finance support - Lead pricing proposals and performance management for social tariffs.
- Senior stakeholder partnering - Work closely with senior managers in Pricing and Regulation to shape and challenge proposals.
- Long-term pricing inputs - Feed pricing assumptions into the Broadband MTP process.
- P&L growth initiatives - Partner with the Pricing team to design and evaluate new commercial opportunities.
- FP&A alignment - Ensure all changes are clearly communicated and understood across Commercial FP&A.
- Full chain economics - Support the build and application of the consumer full chain economics model.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
