What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve KPI, MI, and PI reporting frameworks to support organisational performance management.
- Analyse performance, readiness, training effectiveness, and service delivery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Produce insightful reports and presentations for senior leaders, governance forums, and key stakeholders.
- Establish performance baselines, targets, thresholds, and measures to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Validate data quality and evidence sources to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- Support performance assurance activities, audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand reporting requirements and develop meaningful performance measures.

Qualifications You Must Have *
- Experience analysing business or operational performance data and producing actionable insights.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience producing performance reports, management information, or governance reporting.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience within defence, government, military, training, or highly regulated environments.
- Experience designing and managing KPI, MI, and PI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Power BI data modelling, DAX, and automated reporting solutions.
- Experience with SQL, data warehouses, or business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with DSAT, CTEMS, MOD reporting processes, or training assurance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 44001, ISO 27001, or similar assurance standards.
- Experience using AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related subject.

Onsite
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid
Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote
Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
