Campus Experience is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Performance & Governance Manager to lead business performance, governance, compliance, business intelligence and continuous improvement across our diverse portfolio of services.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a directorate that includes Accommodation Services, Res Life, Campus Experience & Engagement, Catering, Sport, and Events & Graduation. You will provide strategic leadership, insight and assurance that helps our services thrive, supports informed decision-making and enhances the experience of our students and customers.

As Business Performance & Governance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services are data-informed, compliant, financially sustainable and continuously improving.

You Will
- Lead governance frameworks, performance management processes and operational assurance across the Campus Experience portfolio.
- Develop meaningful dashboards, KPIs and reporting that enable effective strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide commercial insight, forecasting and analysis to maximise revenue opportunities and support business planning.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation and service enhancement.
- Oversee compliance, risk management and assurance activities, ensuring services meet regulatory and University requirements.
- Support the development of systems, reporting tools and digital solutions that improve business performance.
- Work closely with senior leaders to support strategic planning, service development and organisational priorities.
- Coordinate audits, risk registers and governance reporting activities.
- Use customer insight and operational intelligence to enhance service delivery and the student experience.

You'll Bring
- Significant experience in business performance, business intelligence and management information.
- Experience of governance, compliance and risk management within a complex organisation.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience using insight to drive performance and decision-making.
- A proven track record of leading business improvement, systems development or transformation projects.
- The ability to analyse complex information and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Experience of developing meaningful performance measures, reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
