Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Commercial and Brand hub teams on ensuring financially robustness and business driving opportunities
- Partnering performance interventions and projects in the 0-18 month short to mid term window to deliver sales and profit growth.
- Delivering the right information tracking and insight at the right time on our key growth plan initiatives and identify core interventions
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A passion for business partnering and working with non finance teams to deliver in year financial plans
- An ability to turn insight and information into ideas and to be able to translate finance information to non finance people
- A growth mindset to find new ways to make our plans work financially
- A mindset for accuracy and passion for delivering on time in full
- You seek out and give feedback to enable the development of yourself and your contribution
