Business Performance & Reporting Manager
Are you looking for an opportunity to use your analytical skills to drive business performance and influence key decision-making? Are you excited by the prospect of turning complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights that help shape strategy and improve results? We are seeking a Business Performance & Reporting Manager to support the delivery of high-quality reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing valuable insight to stakeholders across the business.
Your Role
As a Business Performance & Reporting Manager, you will help drive better business decisions by turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight. You'll analyse performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and provide meaningful recommendations that support performance improvement across the Group. The role combines reporting, analysis, forecasting and business partnering, working closely with Finance Business Partners, operational leaders and wider stakeholders to understand performance drivers and support planning and decision-making. Ultimately, you will play a key role in building a more insight-led, data-driven organisation and ensuring management teams have the information they need to improve performance and deliver strategic objectives.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
