Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Business Planner to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour.
The Opportunity
This role will support the Programme Domain with a focus on business planning. This role will contribute to the delivery of business priorities within the Domain including budget coordination, team engagement activities, communications, leadership cadence & governance.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Support the VP Chiefs with delivery of business priorities.
- Lead budget coordination activities & inputs for the Domain.
- Support with creation & delivery of communication plan.
- Ensure that an effective cadence is developed and maintained across the domain.
- Support the delivery of People & Culture priorities as well as employee engagement events.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.

Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required
- Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail.
- Proven strong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both within immediate team and with other departments.
- Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload.
- Experience in business administration.
