Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire
Ready to take your planning and communication skills into a fast-moving business environment? This confirmed contract Business Planner role offers the chance to make a real impact across business planning, governance and engagement activities within the Programme Domain.
What You Will Do
As a Business Planner, you will support leadership with structured delivery, ensuring priorities are coordinated, communicated clearly, and tracked effectively.
- Support the VP Chiefs with delivery of business priorities across the Programme Domain.
- Lead budget coordination activities and provide accurate inputs to support planning and decision-making.
- Help create and deliver a communication plan that keeps teams aligned and informed.
- Maintain an effective cadence across the domain, supporting leadership cadence and governance rhythms.
- Support People and Culture priorities, including employee engagement events.
- Undertake other reasonable duties requested by the line manager to support delivery of business priorities.

What You Will Bring
To succeed in this Business Planner role, you'll bring a strong, reliable approach to administration and data-driven reporting.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to analyse data for reporting purposes.
- Accurate working style with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage teams and coordinate across departments.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience in business administration or similar operational support.
