Are you enthusiastic about the idea of joining the world's largest Monopile Factory? Your contribution will be crucial in building the foundations for a future with Net Zero emissions.
In this role, you will contribute directly to the company’s success by ensuring that our planning processes are robust, transparent, and aligned with long-term objectives. You will be responsible for supporting both annual and multi-year budget planning, carefully monitoring performance, and preparing reports that provide management with the insights they need to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with headquarters, coordinating the flow of information and preparing key materials
- Support the operations of the Board of Directors and maintain compliance with approval authority regulations
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, conducting financial and business analysis
- Help to shape decisions that guide the company’s direction

- Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards that provide clear visibility of key metrics
- Combine financial expertise, business understanding, and clear communication to advance both strategic and operational goals
Success in this position will require:
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and a broad understanding of operational processes
- Strong financial and industry knowledge
- A solid grasp of regulatory requirements and governance standards
- The ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, integrated planning, management reporting, and performance monitoring
- The confidence to translate complex information into actionable insight
