This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning, analytics, finance, commercial, or business intelligence professional who wants to play a key role in shaping business strategy and influencing senior leadership decisions.
Leading a team of analysts, you'll drive forecasting accuracy, business planning processes, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that directly impact revenue growth and business performance across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Do
- Lead the UK, Ireland and Nordics forecasting and business planning processes, ensuring accurate and actionable business projections.
- Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to influence plans, priorities, and future growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes to increase efficiency and business value.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for leadership audiences.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially aware and data-driven professional who combines analytical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
You'll Bring
- Experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Forecasting, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable opportunities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in people leadership, together with any experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others, would be an asset.

Preferred
- Experience in planning, forecasting, financial analysis, commercial analytics, or performance management.
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments.
- Experience using Access, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
