We’re Hiring: Practice Manager / Business Manager
Anele Clinic | Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire
Anele Clinic is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Practice Manager / Business Manager to join our friendly healthcare team.
This is a part-time consultancy opportunity, working approximately 15–20 hours per week across 2–3 days, with a combination of on-site and remote working depending on the needs of the clinic.
About the role
You will work closely with the Clinic Director and become an integral part of our clinical and administrative team, helping with the day-to-day management and continued development of the clinic.
Key areas will include practice and business management, organisation, CQC compliance, clinical governance, quality standards, administration, systems and service development.

- Previous experience within a healthcare environment
- Practice management, business management or leadership experience
- A good understanding of CQC requirements, governance and healthcare compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and AI-based tools
- An interest or background in healthcare technology/IT would be advantageous
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and take responsibility
- A professional, approachable and positive personality
A clinical background would be advantageous, particularly for a Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic or similar healthcare professional. However, a clinical qualification is not essential. We would also be very interested in hearing from experienced non-clinical Practice Managers or Business Managers who understand healthcare and the requirements of running a clinical service.

For an appropriately qualified, registered and competent healthcare professional, there may also be opportunities to undertake separately agreed clinical work within the clinic.
Hours & arrangement
- 15–20 hours per week | 2–3 days
- Hybrid on-site and remote working where appropriate
- Consultancy basis
- Hourly consultancy fee to be agreed based on experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
