LeMieux is the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, with a global community and big ambitions. Our success is driven by talented people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We’re seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and document current-state (As-Is) business processes and design practical, scalable future-state (To-Be) ways of working.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual workarounds, and recommend improvements that address root causes rather than symptoms.
- Gather, document and validate business requirements for process and system improvements.
- Support system implementation, integration and optimisation projects, including workshops, solution design, testing and UAT.
- Work closely with core business systems – including Akeneo/PIM, Business Central, Magento/ecommerce and Canto/DAM – to understand how processes and data flow between platforms.
- Identify where poor processes contribute to data quality issues, and work with data owners to improve how business data is created and maintained.
- Use operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and measure process performance.
- Build strong working relationships across Design, Garment Tech, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Ecommerce and Customer Service, facilitating workshops to understand how processes work in practice.
- Act as a link between business teams, Business Transformation, ERP Product and technology teams, communicating changes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
