Business Process Designer | Reading | Hybrid | 6-12 Month Contract
We are searching for one of our key clients for a Business Process Designer to support a large-scale business transformation programme. You'll play a key role in designing and improving end-to-end business processes, driving operational excellence and helping deliver more efficient, customer-focused services.
Key skills:
- Business process design & optimisation
- BPMN, SIPOC & Value Stream Mapping
- ARIS or similar process modelling tools
- Process improvement & Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable)
- eTOM process framework
- Stakeholder workshops & business transformation
- Process governance, KPIs & automation
