Business Process Analyst Opportunity
Business Process Analyst with strong BPMN and process mapping experience wanted by a major local organisation which looks after major capital infrastructure, and who are undergoing significant technology transformation. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created Process & Intelligent Automation function, offering a salary up to £52k. You will need to be on site a minimum of 1 day per week in Worthing.
About the Role
This Business Process Analyst role will see you mapping and optimising complex end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and helping redesign how work is delivered across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and produce clear process maps and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery and stakeholder workshops
- Use BPMN 2.0 to map complex processes and CMMI to assess process maturity
- Analyse process data and KPIs
- Help identify where automation, AI and digital technologies could improve operational performance
- Produce process maps, SOPs and structured process documentation
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering process mapping and process optimisation projects
- Strong BPMN 2.0 experience, including complex end-to-end business process mapping
- Experience using the CMMI framework for process maturity assessment and improvement
- Experience with ARIS process mapping tools
- Strong process discovery and workshop facilitation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience analysing process data, KPIs and operational performance
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities

Desirable Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma, BCS or IIBA qualifications
- Exposure to Power Automate, RPA, Alteryx, regulated environments or wider digital transformation programmes
Benefits
This role offers a salary up to £52k plus good benefits, with hybrid working requiring a minimum of 1 day per week on site in Worthing.
