Business Process Analyst (Contract)
We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst on an initial 3 month contract basis to join a major business transformation programme focused on improving how it supports, retains and grows its network of owners across multiple brands and countries.
Role & Project: Overhauling how we manage our network of owners in the UK & Europe
The focus is on how the business operates today, how customer experience / operations should operate in the future, and how processes can be simplified, standardised and scaled across Europe.
To kick things off, we are looking to hire an experienced Business Process Analyst to get under the skin of how the services operation works today, working directly with frontline teams, documenting processes that are currently largely undocumented, and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL / SYSTEMS ROLE. THIS IS BUSINESS PROCESS & CHANGE.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
