ERP Business Process Analysts
Edinburgh, hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
£450 - £500 per day, Inside IR35
Bright Purple is recruiting two experienced Business Process Analysts to join our client on a major ERP transformation programme. Working across the implementation of COINS ERP, you will turn system design and configuration into practical business processes, controls and ways of working. You will work closely with business SMEs, functional teams and implementation partners across Finance, Commercial and other key areas, ensuring processes are clearly documented, validated and ready for adoption.

What you’ll be doing:
- Mapping and documenting future-state business processes
- Translating ERP design into practical operating procedures
- Facilitating process workshops and validation sessions
- Identifying process gaps, risks and dependencies
- Maintaining traceability across requirements, processes and testing
- Supporting end-to-end testing and UAT
- Assessing business impacts and supporting change and readiness
- Creating process content for training and user guidance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within ERP or business transformation
- Excellent process mapping, analysis and documentation skills
- Good understanding of Finance and Commercial processes
- Experience supporting UAT, testing and business validation
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex system change into clear business processes

Hands-on COINS experience would be highly desirable, particularly across Finance or Commercial. Housebuilding, construction or property experience would also be beneficial.
