About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme. This role is ideal for a seasoned business transformation professional who excels at analysing and optimising business processes, designing Target Operating Models (TOMs), and ensuring organisations are operationally ready to adopt new digital services and ways of working.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, operations teams, and change professionals to define, improve, and govern business processes that support successful digital and cloud-based service delivery. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in business process analysis, BPMN modelling, operational readiness, process governance, and business transition activities, helping deliver sustainable and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business process analysis across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) that support efficient, scalable, and sustainable service delivery.
  • Drive operational readiness activities, including readiness assessments, process validation, training support, and go-live preparation.
  • Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making structures.
  • Lead business transition activities to support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
  • Utilise BPMN to model, document, and optimise business processes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, operations, and change teams to translate business requirements into effective process solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and define KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and service performance.
  • Ensure business processes align with compliance, risk, governance, and quality requirements.
  • Support agile delivery teams by providing business analysis expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Champion continuous improvement and process excellence across programmes and services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
