Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement optimized business processes and workflows.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business, IT, operations, and product teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
  • Create process maps, workflows, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Conduct process testing and validate solutions before deployment.
  • Continuously monitor implemented processes and recommend further improvements.
  • Support change management and communicate new processes to relevant teams.

  • Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of workflow and process-mapping techniques.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business and technology processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
