Job Summary

Working closely with the Global Business Process Lead (GBPL), you’ll provide regional leadership for process standardisation, systems deployment, business readiness, and continuous improvement activities.

The role partners with business leaders, project teams, and functional stakeholders to define requirements, implement solutions, support change adoption, and ensure processes remain effective, compliant, and aligned to business strategy.

The BPL provides subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support, while driving operational excellence across EMEA commercial processes.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

Process Leadership & Governance

  • Champion adoption of global business processes, standards, and best practices across EMEA.
  • Ensure regional compliance with global process design and governance requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance.
  • Establish and monitor process metrics to support performance management and continuous improvement.

Programme & Deployment Support

  • Lead business process activities for OneVision and other transformation programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate business participation in requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, data readiness, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Act as the primary process subject matter expert during implementation and support activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support organisational change initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote consistent process understanding across the region.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure policies, procedures, work instructions, process maps, and supporting documentation are maintained and current.
  • Support the definition and documentation of business requirements, process designs, and testing materials.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and governance controls are in place for deployed solutions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and coach the EMEA Business Process Analyst team.
  • Set priorities, manage workload allocation, and support team performance and development.
  • Foster collaboration across regional and global teams to deliver business objectives.

Operational Support

  • Provide ongoing post-deployment support for business processes and systems.
  • Resolve process-related issues and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Act as an internal consultant for complex process and operational challenges.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Experience

  • Experience leading business process improvement, transformation, or systems implementation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably within a global organisation.
  • Demonstrated success leading change and driving process adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with process documentation, requirements gathering, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others.
  • Strong business process and business analysis expertise.
  • Understanding of commercial operations and cross-functional business processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical process and system solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical functions.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
