🚀 Business Process Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Project Falcon | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid (Remote & Mountsorrel)

Are you passionate about process excellence, transformation, and shaping the future of how businesses operate?

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Lead to play a pivotal role in Project Falcon, one of our most significant business transformation programmes. As we embark on our SAP S/4HANA journey, you'll be at the heart of defining, governing, and embedding the end-to-end business processes that will drive our future operating model.

This is more than just another transformation project. It's an opportunity to leave a lasting impact across the organisation, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring our new ways of working deliver long-term business value.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design and governance of the business process framework across the S/4HANA programme
  • Define standards, methodologies, templates, taxonomies, and lifecycle controls
  • Partner with Process Owners, SMEs, Workstream Leads, IT teams, and implementation partners to create scalable end-to-end processes
  • Ensure process designs accurately reflect system interactions, controls, data flows, dependencies, and business rules
  • Drive quality assurance and consistency across all process artefacts
  • Translate business requirements into functional inputs for configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Support solution validation, governance forums, design authority reviews, and issue resolution activities
  • Own process governance, traceability, version control, and process repository management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
