Job Description
Business Process Manager
Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Salary: Up to £46,465 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. We accept a Hybrid working model within this role - 3 days working onsite and 2 remote.

The Role
As Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in analysing, developing and optimising operational processes across our logistics operation. You will ensure business processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with customer requirements while supporting the implementation of new solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process improvement projects across warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Analyse current operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer service.
- Work closely with Operations, IT, Solution Design and customer stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
- Support customer implementations, operational change projects and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into practical process and system solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Support testing, validation and successful implementation of new processes and system developments.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, recommending improvements where required.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and best practice.
- Provide coaching and guidance to operational teams to ensure consistent process adoption.

Qualifications
You’ll be an analytical, organised and proactive individual with a passion for improving business performance.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience within Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of SAP (WM, EWM or ERP) or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience delivering change projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge or qualifications would be advantageous.
