The Job
As Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business by managing collaborative processes and projects, ensuring they are well-documented, structured, and efficiently executed. You will work closely with the Head of Programme, ensuring our planning processes run smoothly while also managing projects.
This role is perfect for someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys bringing structure to processes and driving accountability and collaboration across different teams.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Process Improvement & Change Management
- Applying industry best practices and frameworks (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile) to enhance process efficiency and quality
- Leading process mapping workshops with key stakeholders to optimise workflows
- Implementing various process improvement solutions e.g. automation, data visualisation, AI tools and other appropriate methods
- Providing training and ongoing support to others on implemented changes

Process Optimisation and Automation
- Design and implementation of appropriate optimisation, AI and data visualisation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot) to optimise processes across the business
- Keeping up to date with new tools and advancements that could benefit the business, balanced against the tools and skills we already have available.
- Collaborating with other solution development roles e.g. Senior Business Analyst to ensure consistency and prevent duplication
- Training, knowledge share and ongoing support on implemented solutions
Process Management & Governance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes
- Documenting workflows and creating structured process guides to ensure clarity
- Taking ownership of managing key planning processes
- Monitoring the impact of process changes, pivoting when needed to achieve the best results
- Keeping teams accountable for their deliverables, flagging risks or blockers early
Project Management
- Developing project plans and updating relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and clear outcomes
- Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll
- Have proven experience in process management and optimisation across different business functions
- Have demonstratable experience of using AI tools to drive efficiencies
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Be structured and process-driven, with confidence in documenting and improving workflows
- Have a great eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience desired with platforms such as Microsoft suite & Power Platform tools
- Have a proactive, detail-focused approach, always spotting gaps and ensuring nothing gets missed
- Have proven experience setting clear objectives, meeting deadlines, facilitating meetings understanding and inspiring others
- Have a passion for hospitality, operations, and customer experience—experience in the industry is a plus!
