We are seeking a Business Process Mapping Expert to document and analyse current workflows. The primary goal of this engagement is to create clear process maps that help identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. This engagement focuses on understanding existing business operations and translating them into structured process documentation.
