Job Description

At EDF power solutions, we’re delivering an Electric UK and Ireland. This is a rare opportunity to lead business process architecture and change adoption initiatives that support our growth and contribute to a lower-carbon future.

Working closely with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams, you'll influence how business processes, data and digital platforms align to deliver strategic objectives across the organisation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to help shape how EDF power solutions operate as we continue to grow our renewable energy business.

Working within the Business Improvement team, you'll lead our approach to business process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, simplify ways of working and ensure change is successfully embedded.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how the business evolves, helping create scalable, efficient and digitally enabled processes that support our long-term ambitions. You'll also lead and develop a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, building organisational capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role is hybrid and can be based from our offices in #Durham, #Edinburgh or #London, with travel as required to support stakeholder engagement, workshops and key business initiatives.

Why Join EDF Power Solutions?

We’re united by a shared ambition: to tackle climate change, shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Our diverse team is growing fast, driven by innovation and a commitment to clean, green energy for all. With technologies spanning onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery storage and green hydrogen, we’re the UK and Ireland’s most diverse renewable generator.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
