Sales Opportunities: Business Development Managers / Regional /National Account Managers / Team Lead

Build sales strategy for a fast-growth business in sustainable products, across the UK. South and Midlands roles available, high autonomy, in a sector on the way up.

About the opportunity

We are looking for experienced and proactive Business Development professionals across multiple levels: National and Regional, Account Management, and Team Lead. Whether you're an established Regional BDM ready to own a territory, or a National-level operator ready to build out a strategy from scratch, we want to hear from you.

This is a science-led business, not a marketing-led one, and not a follower business either. We build our own products from our own biological science; we're not chasing or reacting to what competitors do. Genuinely different performance, not a greener label on the same formula.

The sector is growing fast. Genuine sustainability demand is joined by tightening compliance pressure. Established chemical-heavy incumbents are slow to reformulate, leaving real room for a science-led challenger to win on merit.

This is a build role, not a handover: a differentiated product, a market moving, and real autonomy to build UK strategy and territory from the ground up.

The role in depth

Build distributor and channel partner relationships, convert interest into signed agreements, and establish repeatable sales processes across facilities management, housing, and B2B cleaning/hygiene channels. Depending on level, this may mean owning a defined region and account base or building national strategy and process from scratch. Success in year one: strong partnerships signed and performing, a repeatable process, and clear pipeline visibility through CRM and sales analytics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
