Business Programme & Product Manager
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Business Programme & Product Manager for a 12-month contract role with a leading multinational Biotech client based in Uxbridge – hybrid.
The role goes beyond traditional programme management. We need someone who will take initiative, identify problems before they become blockers, connect dependencies across workstreams and stakeholders, and actively drive issues through to resolution.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business-side execution across the ex-US Next Gen CRM rollout and AI for Field portfolio, helping translate strategy and priorities into tangible actions and outcomes.
- Proactively scan for risks, gaps, dependencies and emerging issues, raise them early, bring the right people together and follow through until there is a clear path forward.
- Connect the dots across CRM, AI, change management, affiliates, Commercial, Medical, IT and partners, ensuring activities are aligned rather than operating in silos.
- Support product management and roadmap activities, including shaping priorities, coordinating inputs, tracking decisions and ensuring business and affiliate needs are reflected in programme and product planning.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and programme communication, developing clear, high-quality materials for senior leaders, governance forums, affiliates and other stakeholders.
- Own high-quality programme reporting and governance support, synthesising complex information into clear progress updates, risks, decisions, actions and recommendations rather than simply reporting against a plan.
- Act as a hands-on extension of the programme leadership team, picking up ambiguous problems, coordinating across teams and taking work from question/problem through to resolution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
