Experienced Business Programme & Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Business Programme & Product Manager to support the ex-US rollout of Next Gen CRM and AI-enabled field capabilities within a global pharma environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn strategy into execution, connect stakeholders and proactively drive issues through to resolution.

  • Drive execution across CRM, AI and transformation programmes
  • Identify risks, dependencies and blockers and drive resolution
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Medical, IT, affiliates and external partners
  • Support product roadmaps, priorities and business requirements
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, governance and executive reporting

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in programme management, product management, commercial operations or transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in complex environments
  • Pharma/commercial experience highly desirable
  • Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, CRM or AI advantageous
