From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Reporting to our Business Readiness Manager, you'll join Novuna Vehicle Solutions at an exciting time of transformation. We're investing £27 million over the next three years to modernise our services, leveraging cutting edge technologies to create better experiences for our customers and colleagues.

As a Business Readiness Lead, you'll be at the heart of this journey, ensuring our people are ready for change and equipped to succeed. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders, you'll assess impacts, drive readiness activities, and help embed new ways of working that deliver lasting benefits.

This is a hybrid role and can be based from either our Newbury or Trowbridge office.

You'll Also

  • Put people, customers, and business culture at the centre of change delivery, ensuring new initiatives are implemented successfully and sustainably.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, driving engagement and ensuring business areas are prepared for upcoming change.
  • Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute effective business readiness plans and activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing, go-live planning, and post-implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of change.

What you'll bring.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced change environment and has a proven track record of delivering successful business change across multiple functions. You'll be confident building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring colleagues are supported through transformation.

You'll combine a people-focused approach with strong business acumen, bringing knowledge of structured project and programme delivery alongside a passion for making change successful, sustainable, and engaging.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy-in, build alignment, and drive positive outcomes across diverse teams.
  • The ability to assess business impacts, identify dependencies, and translate insights into practical readiness plans.
  • A naturally curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively, ask the right questions, and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
