The Business Readiness function
The Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding & Change division / Pension Administration service line.
Business Readiness Senior Analyst
The Business Readiness Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and operational teams are prepared for business change, transformation programmes, system implementations, or new ways of working. All of which have a direct and immediate impact of Isio’s ability to deliver first class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees)
This role plays a significant part in bridging the gap between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes. The role may include some team management responsibilities.
This new role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.

What we’re looking for
Essential
- Knowledge and experience of working with UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes
- Strong understanding of operating models within Pensions Administration - including systems, processes and associated complexities
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Client / customer and end user thinking
- Risk, control and governance principles and awareness
- Experience of working across and with multi-discipline teams and functions

- Understanding of change management and the change management lifecycle
- Understanding of new scheme/client onboarding principles and practices
- Operational readiness & delivery disciplines
- Programme and transformation experience
