Pay Range
£40,000 - £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission and team bonus

Location: Belfast
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + £2,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Position Type: Full Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hours per Week

Who could this suit?
We're open-minded on title and level. You might be:
- A Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant looking for your first leadership opportunity.
- An existing Recruitment Manager or Business Manager seeking a bigger platform and greater autonomy.
What's most important is your ability to build relationships, win business, generate revenue and inspire future team growth.
The Opportunity
As a billing Business Manager, you'll lead from the front. You'll continue to develop your own desk while building a high-performing team around you.
You'll be responsible for:
- Growing Reed's Business Support presence across Northern Ireland.
- Winning and developing new client relationships.
- Building a high-quality candidate network.
- Generating and managing your own revenue stream.
- Creating a clear growth strategy for the division.
- Hiring, coaching and developing future team members.
- Driving performance, activity and service excellence.
- Becoming the go-to Business Support recruitment specialist in your market.
